These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the online store Chalet Collective.

2. Conclusion of Contract / Vertragsschluss

By placing products in the online shop we make a binding offer.
The contract is formed once you complete checkout and click “Buy Now”.

3. Prices and Payment / Preise und Zahlung

All prices include applicable taxes according to § 19 UStG (small business regulation, VAT not shown).
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit / Debit Card (Shopify Payments)
• PayPal

Zahlungen erfolgen sofort beim Abschluss des Kaufvorgangs.

4. Shipping and Delivery / Versand und Lieferung

Orders are shipped with DHL, Hermes or DPD.
We currently deliver only to Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region).

Delivery times:
• Germany: 2 – 5 business days
• Austria / Switzerland: 4 – 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the carrier and location.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Die Versanddauer beträgt innerhalb Deutschlands 2–5 Werktage,
nach Österreich oder in die Schweiz 4–8 Werktage.

5. Retention of Title / Eigentumsvorbehalt

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send an email to hello@chaletcollective.de with your order number.

Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde, sofern kein Produktfehler vorliegt.
Das Widerrufsformular ist auf Anfrage per E-Mail erhältlich.

7. Returns / Rücksendungen

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
After inspection, refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days.

Rückerstattung erfolgt nach Prüfung über die ursprünglich genutzte Zahlungsart.

8. Liability / Haftung

We are liable only for intent or gross negligence.
For slight negligence we are liable only in case of damage to life, body or health.

Eine weitergehende Haftung ist ausgeschlossen.

Legal warranty rights under German law apply.
Customers in the DACH region have a 24-month warranty period.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

12. Final Provisions / Schlussbestimmungen

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain binding.

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Regelungen unberührt.
