Founder
I started Chalet Collective at 22 to build something that reflects how I want to live.
Not driven by routines, but by awareness in everyday decisions.
My name is Maximilian Rubino, and I started Chalet Collective at 22, shortly after finishing school.
Like many others, I initially considered the conventional path — business school, a corporate career, a structured trajectory. To test that direction, I spent time in a tax advisory firm.
Very quickly, I realized it wasn’t for me.
The work felt repetitive and disconnected from the way I wanted to live. I couldn’t see myself building a life around something that didn’t genuinely challenge me.
That experience gave me clarity.
Instead of continuing down a path that didn’t fit, I decided to build something of my own.
I’ve never been fully extroverted, but I’m not introverted either. I’ve always focused on my own path — thinking independently, reflecting on decisions, and figuring things out for myself rather than constantly sharing everything with others.
A lot of growth for me happened quietly.
Through my own experiences, I started to understand what actually matters — and what doesn’t.
Those experiences shaped the foundation of Chalet Collective.
The idea is simple: living with awareness.
Not through rigid routines, but through conscious, everyday decisions — how you eat, how you spend your time, what you surround yourself with.
Chalet Collective is more than a brand to me.
It’s a community.
A space for people who think similarly, move with intention, and are building something for themselves.
The goal is to bring those people together — to create a positive environment where individuals support each other and grow in the same direction.
I’m not building this brand from a place of having everything figured out.
I’m building it while being in the process.
Chalet Collective reflects that journey — quietly, intentionally, and without unnecessary noise.
Chalet Collective is more than a product.
It's a way of living.
